My exercise classes Movement, Balance & Flexibility and Stretch focus on the essentials of
Overall mobility, also known as Structural balance  ( how balanced and mobile your entire body is as a whole.)

Stretch places an emphasis on understanding and using your back more efficiently.
Class incorporates a chair and  floor work. ​

​Feldenkrais is a wonderful method for those who want to improve their flexibility, mobility, posture and breathing. It can also help those recovering from injury or with backache or chronic pain and is suitable for all ages and abilities, opening up a new world of movement in work, relaxation and play.  Classes are verbally directed
